1.1 To become and remain a member of the MTD Therapy community, you must provide the following information:
1.2 You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date. You must notify MTD Therapy promptly of any changes in your role, status, or contact details to ensure the community remains relevant and appropriately managed.

4.3 You must credit the original creator when using or referring to Community Content outside the community.
4.4 Unauthorized commercial use, copying, distribution, or publication of Community Content without express permission is prohibited.
4.5 Any content provided by MTD Therapy (documents, templates, recordings) remains the intellectual property of MTD Therapy.
4.6 Content may not be copied, adapted, or redistributed without express written permission from MTD Therapy.
5.1 The community is intended for professional support, networking, and information exchange relevant to members’ roles.
5.2 Members agree not to use the community or its content for unsolicited commercial promotion or advertising.
5.3 Any commercial activities or promotions within the community require prior written approval from MTD Therapy.
6.1 Members must respect the confidentiality of information shared within the community.
6.2 Sensitive or confidential information must not be disclosed outside the community without express consent.
6.3 Members agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment in all communications.

7.2 Members may terminate their membership by exiting the community and cancelling or not renewing their subscription payment. However, cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund for any unused portion of their membership term

12.1 The MTD Therapy community is a peer-support environment. While members may share ideas, experiences, opinions, tools, or resources, none of the information shared within the group or in any related event or communication should be considered formal advice (legal, financial, therapeutic, business, or otherwise).
12.2 MTD Therapy, Accountants Therapy Ltd, and its directors, employees, or facilitators do not accept any responsibility or liability for the outcomes of decisions made by members based on information shared within the group.
12.3 You understand and agree that any actions taken or decisions made based on group discussions, documents, or third-party content are undertaken at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.
12.4 No member, including the organisers, makes any warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information shared in the community for any particular purpose.
12.5 By participating in the community, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify MTD Therapy and its representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your reliance on any information or materials shared within the group.
14.1 The MTD Therapy community is a professional, supportive, and inclusive environment. All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in alignment with the values of the group.

14.3 Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the group and termination of membership without refund, at the discretion of MTD Therapy and authorise administrators for the company.
15.1 From time to time, MTD Therapy may introduce or provide access to third-party services, products, platforms, or events (e.g. software demonstrations, discounts, or partner-hosted webinars).
15.2 These services are provided solely for convenience or informational purposes. MTD Therapy does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of third-party offerings.
15.3 Members engage with any third-party services or content at their own risk. MTD Therapy accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from such use.
16.1 MTD Therapy may use third-party messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp) to facilitate community communication.
16.2 These platforms are informal and member-driven. MTD Therapy is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or appropriateness of any messages or media shared by members.

17.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute or claim.
18.1 MTD Therapy shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
